These charts help students self edit and check for specific features of narratives.
They could be taken a step further and used for locating evidence in their writing for each feature if they answer yes.
They could be used as support for feedback to give students a focus to share with classmates.
I used them with my 5/6 class and it was helpful to really focus in on a skill or strategy used in writing narratives.
Copy on to A3 paper for class display or reduce to A5 for individual use.
